Hydrogen peroxide without stabilizers
We offer hydrogen peroxide without stabilizers, and for good reason. Phosphoric acid is usually used to stabilize hydrogen peroxide. This food additive, declared as E 338, is found in large quantities in cola drinks and other soft drinks, but is also used to preserve UHT milk and as an anti-caking agent for milk powder. Phosphoric acid is approved for use in over 40 foods, but is suspected of weakening bones and promoting kidney disease.
Since we offer hydrogen peroxide without a stabilizer, the oxygen can escape continuously and the effect of the solution diminishes over time. For this reason, the bottle should always be kept tightly closed, protected from light, and stored in a cool place, and should not be used after the best-before date has expired.
