If you are not satisfied with your order, you naturally have the option of returning it to us.
We grant you a 30-day right of return (from the time of dispatch). Reasons for returning your order may be, for example, that you do not like the goods or that you have ordered the wrong size.
You do not need to contact us to return one or more items.
Mark the item to be returned on the invoice/delivery bill and send it back to us packaged and protected. Frank the package sufficiently (usually CHF 1.20 letter post) and send the item back to us. As soon as we receive your return, you will not only be credited the amount, but you will also receive an adjusted invoice via e-mail as a PDF. If you have already paid via PayPal, credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Postfinance, Samsung Pay or prepayment, we will refund the amount of the returned item as a credit to your personal customer account. If you would like the refund to be made to the payment method you used, please note this on the return shipment.
If you only need an item in a different size, you can order it again directly in the webshop and offset it against your credit.

For example, the price of a helix piercing is around 90 to 110 Swiss francs. The price for a belly button piercing, on the other hand, is around 100 to 120 Swiss francs.
It's best to ask a piercer you trust - they will give you good advice and an overview of the different prices and offers.
You can also get intimate piercings in the genital area, piercings on the nipples or on the belly button.
If this selection is not enough for you, you can help yourself with fake piercings or dermal anchors. A dermal anchor is a piercing that is placed firmly under the skin and can be shaped using a screw-on attachment. As this piercing does not require a predestined location, you can in principle have it pierced anywhere on your body.
These blood-thinning agents include, among others: Aspirin, Marcumar, heparin, THC and alcohol.
If you want a piercing in your mouth, you should only have it pierced if you do not suffer from tooth decay, aphthae, inflammation or herpes. You should also not be undergoing dental correction treatment if you want to have a piercing on your tongue or lip.
To ensure that the piercer is protected, they will normally only pierce you when you are of legal age.
However, there is one small exception: many piercing studios allow customers aged 16 and over to have the service if they have a signed declaration of consent from their parents. In some cases, you can also get a piercing at the age of 14, but only if your parents are present. Intimate piercings, on the other hand, can only be done when you are 18 or even 21 years old.
However, there are piercings that are more or less painful when pierced. Many pierced people find piercing the earlobe the most pleasant. The belly button and lips, on the other hand, are somewhat more painful. Many people find piercings on the nostril or septum even more painful. Piercings in the eyebrow or tongue are also ranked higher on the pain scale. Piercings in the nipple and genital area are probably the most painful piercings.
Look for a suitable and professional piercing studio in your region - you can then get the right jewelry to change in our online store!
